So the long delayed and overdue trailer number #2 for GTA V finally came out today. We got our hands on it and boy was it worth the wait! The new landscapes are simply incredible and quite detailed.
The new characters introduced are Franklin, Trevor, and Michael. Franklin appears to be a street thug who is looking to change his lifestyle. The other, a violent farmer with a V-Neck named Trevor. And finally, Michael the elegantly dressed gangster who is new to the city.
We see quite a few cars that we haven’t seen before. A few resemble Audi’s and Bentleys.
The new action looks great as well. Not sure if it’s going to be playable or just appears as video in between the missions. Trevor throws a molotov cocktail in the house and it explodes, and it looks pretty incredible. There’s a good inventory of boats, airplanes, bikes and other transportation shown in the video as well. The trains also appear a few times in the trailer, so are we going to see more train action?
We even see a dog in the trailer, could pets be finally introduced in the new installment of GTA 5? We also see a car falling from a carrier plane, could be another new feature. There’s also a part when someone is scaling down a building, James Bond style. Perhaps, there will now be a way of getting down big buildings easier.
Overall, I’m blown away by the new features, explosions, graphics and plot line in the new GTA V trailer #2. Can’t wait to get my hands on the game when it comes out.
